Hi, I'm sara!

I fell in love with photography at an early age as I watched my Dad use his video camera to record moments of our childhood and I would borrow it to make my own videos. Later on, I would borrow my Mom's digital camera that used floppy disks. Let's hope that doesn't age me too much. I just loved documenting all of the beautiful things that caught my eye.

Fast forward years later and I was pursuing a degree in Photojournalism at Central Michigan University. My degree and background in Photojournalism is what taught me the magic of storytelling- how to capture the realness and the raw emotion. I took that with me when I left the newspaper business and delved into portrait photography. I am overjoyed to be able to experience and document some of the best days and moments of my clients' lives. What a true honor it is to preserve your memories, your love, your joy.
