I photograph a wide variety of subjects and occasions. I specialize in family, newborn, wedding and senior photography, but I also cover many other genres such as maternity, engagement, headshots, product photography, events, fashion and more!

I would say my photography style is candid and documentary with a bit of guidance and direction for posing. Coming from a photojournalistic background, capturing true and authentic moments is the most important to me. I think the real and raw moments show the most life and emotion. I do, however, think that most sessions and subjects appreciate some guidance and help with posing throughout the session to create a nice balance of formal portraits and candid moments to make a solid gallery in the long run.

As for my editing style, I would describe it as bright and light, true to life colors with a hint of film qualities. In every finished and edited gallery, you will be provided with high-quality color images as well as black and white images to choose from.

Absolutely, 100%! I am always down for traveling anywhere and everywhere to help capture your special memories and would love to adventure with you! Travel fees + mileage will be added separately onto wedding packages and session fees in this case. First of all- YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! I promise you that. I always do a little skin softening, lighten dark shadows, remove blemishes, etc. But my style is not to drastically alter or distort the appearance of any of my subjects. If any images are unflattering or awkward, they are removed from my final edit and from the gallery you will be delivered.

Definitely! Never hesitate to reach out to me if you need styling help for your session. Typically for newborn, senior and mini sessions, I will be sending you some styling tips prior to our session date to help. I am always available through e-mail, phone call or text to help you pick out your outfits and give you any tips I can offer to make you more comfortable and look your best.

You do not have to order prints through me. If you choose to purchase digital images, you have the rights to print those how you choose. However, I do print my images through a professional company that delivers exquisite and high-quality photo prints that surpass the quality you will see from drugstores and other same-day printing locations.
